Many people have questions before they embark on a remodeling project...here are some common concerns.
What does an average kitchen cost?According to Remodeling Magazine, the average kitchen remodel costs $43,000. That includes cabinets, counters, floors, appliances, labor and plumbing products. However, Vreli has done many kitchens for $25,000-$35000.
This is so overwhelming, where do I start?
Please contact Vreli for a complementary initial consultation. She'll meet with you at your home or at one of the many showrooms that she works with in the area. Vreli will then take measurements of the space and talk to you about what you like and don't like about the current layout.
She'll design plans for the space, as well as select finishes and fixtures. You'll meet in the showroom to view the plans and to hone the design. Once a plan is finalized, she'll price out the materials (cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc.) and work with one of her contractors to also provide a labor quote.

What showrooms do you work out of?Vreli has been affiliated with Not Just Kitchens on South River Road for ten years, and has won an award for Best Showroom Design. However, there are a variety of other showrooms in the area that she works with, depending on her clients needs.
Can I use my own electrician, plumber or contractor?
Yes, we can help to coordinate the use of your contractor or sub-contractors.
Can we just update our countertop or swap out our vanity?
Absolutely, Vreli handles small jobs as well as large ones.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Jobs vary according to complexity, but most projects take 3-6 weeks.
Will I be without a sink and a stove?
Yes, for most of the job, but many clients set up a make-shift kitchen in an adjacent room with the fridge and microwave. It's a great time to check out those local restaurants you have been meaning to try or fire up the grill.
How much does a bath remodel cost?
If you were to gut and replace a full bath, the average cost would be $10,000-$15,000. However, Vreli does many vanity replacements or tile surrounds for a lot less.
